Welcome to the BASIS Peoria Senior  Project Blog page! We have an incredibly brilliant and talented group of seniors that have created some amazing projects. This is the third year for the BASIS Peoria SP program, and our students are working hard on their projects. From engineering to education, these projects cover a myriad of subjects, so there is something interesting for everyone! We hope you will enjoy learning about the various topics below as our students explore them over the coming months.

The BASIS Senior Project program is a selective experience that involves an off-campus research project or internship of the student's choice and design. Each student selects a BASIS faculty member as an advisor and works with a mentor at an off-campus research site. These projects may be completed anywhere in the world. At the end of the trimester, students return to campus and present an analysis of their findings to peers, staff, and parents.
